Job Title: Business Analyst Salesforce Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Business Analyst with expertise in Salesforce to join our team. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business needs and technology solutions by analyzing requirements, designing processes, and supporting Salesforce implementations and enhancements. You will work closely with stakeholders across sales, marketing, and service teams to optimize Salesforce usage, improve business workflows, and drive operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document detailed business requirements related to Salesforce processes and functionalities. Translate business needs into clear, actionable Salesforce solutions and workflows. Assist in the design, configuration, and testing of Salesforce applications, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and custom modules. Develop user stories, process maps, and functional specifications to guide Salesforce developers and administrators. Support the implementation of Salesforce updates, integrations, and customizations, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Facilitate communication between technical teams and business users to ensure smooth project delivery. Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT), identify issues, and coordinate resolution. Provide training and documentation to end-users to enhance adoption and proficiency with Salesforce tools. Monitor Salesforce performance and usage to identify areas for improvement. Stay updated with Salesforce platform enhancements and best practices. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. Proven experience as a Business Analyst working with Salesforce implementations and/or support. Strong understanding of Salesforce platform, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and related features. Experience with Salesforce administration, configuration, and report/dashboard creation is a plus. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to translate complex business needs into clear technical requirements. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like JIRA or Confluence. Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Business Analyst, Salesforce Administrator) are highly desirable. Preferred Skills: Experience integrating Salesforce with other business systems (ERP, marketing automation, etc.). Knowledge of data migration, cleansing, and management best practices. Strong stakeholder management and presentation skills.
