Job Summary:

Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document detailed business requirements related to Salesforce processes and functionalities.
• Translate business needs into clear, actionable Salesforce solutions and workflows.
• Assist in the design, configuration, and testing of Salesforce applications, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and custom modules.
• Develop user stories, process maps, and functional specifications to guide Salesforce developers and administrators.
• Support the implementation of Salesforce updates, integrations, and customizations, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Facilitate communication between technical teams and business users to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT), identify issues, and coordinate resolution.
• Provide training and documentation to end-users to enhance adoption and proficiency with Salesforce tools.
• Monitor Salesforce performance and usage to identify areas for improvement.
• Stay updated with Salesforce platform enhancements and best practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst working with Salesforce implementations and/or support.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce platform, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and related features.
• Experience with Salesforce administration, configuration, and report/dashboard creation is a plus.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to translate complex business needs into clear technical requirements.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like JIRA or Confluence.
• Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Business Analyst, Salesforce Administrator) are highly desirable.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience integrating Salesforce with other business systems (ERP, marketing automation, etc.).
• Knowledge of data migration, cleansing, and management best practices.
• Strong stakeholder management and presentation skills.
