Ensure compliance with industry best practices and policies. Requirements: 6+ years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud. Strong understanding of HR processes and system configurations. Experience with Oracle HCM modules like Core HR Payroll Absence Management or Talent. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
