Role - Oracle Fusion Time and Absence Techno-Functional Consultant

Required Technical Skill Set - Oracle Fusion Time and Absence Techno-Functional Consultant

Desired Experience Range - 10-12 years

Location of Requirement - Gurgaon

Required Technical Skill Set

Fast Formula development and debugging
HCM Extracts
BI Publisher reporting
REST/SOAP APIs
Basic SQL knowledge
Data Loader (HDL) and Spreadsheet Loader (HSDL)

Functional Responsibilities

Lead and support
Oracle Fusion Time and Absence
module implementations.
Gather and analyze business requirements related to:

Time entry and approvals
Absence plans, accruals, and carryover rules
Overtime, shifts, and work schedules
Leave policies and statutory compliance

Configure Time and Absence features including:

Time card layouts and rules
Absence types and plans
Accrual and eligibility formulas
Approval workflows

Conduct functional testing, UAT support, and production deployments.
Provide functional guidance to business users and HR stakeholders.
Prepare functional design documents (FDD), configuration workbooks, and test scripts

Technical Responsibilities

Develop and maintain
Fast Formulas
(Time and Absence, Accruals, Eligibility).
Support and design integrations using:

HCM Extracts
REST/SOAP APIs
BI Publisher reports

Troubleshoot and resolve production issues related to time calculations, accrual errors, and integrations.
Collaborate with technical teams on extensions, security roles, and data migration.
Support inbound and outbound integrations with payroll, third-party time systems, and absence vendors.
Collaborate with business teams and provide functional requirements documentation, configuration and testing support
Prepare support documentation (SOPs), issue RCA and functional design documents
