Key Responsibilities

1. POS & Retail Systems Support

• Provide end-to-end support for

  Point of Sale (POS) systems

  , including installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
• Ensure uninterrupted POS operations for retail outlets and hypermarket.
• Coordinate with vendors for POS hardware and software issues.

2. SAP & ERP Support

• Provide functional and technical support for

  SAP (ERP and BI)

   systems.
• Assist users with SAP-related issues, reporting, and basic troubleshooting.
• Coordinate with SAP consultants for escalated issues.

3. Network & Server Management

• Monitor and maintain

  LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, switches, routers, and firewalls

  .
• Perform

  server management

  , including monitoring, backups, patching, and uptime management.
• Ensure network security and data integrity.

4. Desktop & End-User Support

• Provide

  desktop support

   for computers, laptops, printers, scanners, and peripherals.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot

  Microsoft Office and other business applications

  .
• Handle IT service requests and incidents from mall staff and tenants.

5. CCTV & Surveillance System Management

• Maintain and monitor

  CCTV surveillance systems

   across the mall.
• Ensure proper functioning of cameras, NVR/DVR systems, and storage.
• Coordinate with security teams for surveillance-related requirements.

6. User ID & Access Management

• Create, modify, and deactivate

  user IDs

   for systems such as SAP, POS, email, and internal applications.
• Manage access rights in line with company security policies.

7. Data Management

• Ensure proper

  data backup, storage, and recovery

   procedures.
• Assist in report generation and basic data handling as required by management.

8. Backstore & Retail Application Support

• Provide IT support for

  Backstore Management systems

   (Futura, Hypermarket systems).
• Ensure seamless integration between backstore systems and POS/ERP platforms.

9. Vendor & Asset Management

• Coordinate with hardware, software, and network vendors.
• Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation.
