Job Title: Technical Architect MERN Full Stack

Location: Bangalore

Experience: 10+ Years

Role Overview

We are building a next-gen AI Recruitment Platform (ATS + VMS + Compliance) for global hiring. We are looking for a Lead Architect MERN Full Stack to own architecture, technical strategy, and end-to-end delivery of a scalable SaaS product.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own system architecture, microservices, APIs, RBAC, and multi-tenancy

  • Lead development of ATS, Vendor Management System, and AI workflows

  • Drive AI features: JD parsing, matching, ranking, auto-screening

  • Ensure DPDP Act 2023 & GDPR compliance (consent, security, retention)

  • Lead Agile delivery (Jira epics, sprints, releases)

  • Manage frontend, backend, DevOps, and QA teams

  • Oversee cloud, CI/CD, Kubernetes deployments

  • Lead SuccessFactors integration (Phase-2)

  • Deliver demos, manage stakeholders, and contribute to product roadmap
