Oracle Fusion Technical Consultant

We are looking for an experienced Senior Consultant with deep expertise in Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence Platform (FDIP) implementations. This role demands leadership in technical solutioning, architectural design, and implementation of FDIP across multiple business domains. The ideal candidate will drive delivery excellence, provide strategic insights, and guide junior consultants through complex projects. Role & responsibilities Participate in the end-to-end implementation of Oracle FDIP solutions across Finance, Supply Chain, and HCM modules. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather technical requirements and translate them into scalable FDIP configurations. Develop data pipelines and ingestion processes using Oracle Data Integrator (ODI), BI Publisher, and related tools. Customize pre-built KPIs, dashboards, and reports based on client-specific business needs. Support testing cycles (SIT, UAT) and provide post-go-live technical support. Ensure smooth data integration with Oracle Fusion Cloud and other source systems. Maintain technical documentation, configuration guides, and solution architecture artifacts. Adhere to Oracle best practices and governance standards for data and analytics Lead the design and delivery of FDIP technical solutions for large-scale Oracle Fusion Cloud implementations Perform data validation, quality checks, and optimize performance across the analytics lifecycle. Mentor and guide consultants and developers; provide quality assurance and code reviews. Prepare high-quality documentation, including solution design, technical specifications, and training materials. Collaborate with functional consultants, architects, and client stakeholders to ensure alignment of FDIP with business objectives. Preferred candidate profile Bachelor's or masters degree in computer science, Data Engineering, or related discipline. 3–9 years of relevant experience with at least 2 full-cycle FDIP implementations. Expertise in Oracle FDIP modules and strong functional awareness of Oracle Fusion ERP, SCM, or HCM. Proven experience with data architecture, ELT/ETL frameworks, and integration strategies. Proficiency in Oracle Data Integrator (ODI), BI Publisher, OTBI, Oracle ADW, and Oracle Analytics Cloud. Familiarity with security and governance frameworks within FDIP/Oracle Cloud.
