Job Description

Hiring for Oracle Fusion Technical Support

Key responsibilities -

Support cross functional teams on technical change requests.
Manage day-to-day technical support activities and handle periodic audit activities.
Manage existing integrations and perform bug fixes.
Define new reports per business requirements.
Perform system administrative activities such as periodic security certificates upgrade, password maintenance etc.
Coordinate with Oracle on SRs for Technical Bugs.

Knowledge & Specific Skills

Well versed with SQL\PLSQL and in any of the skills of Oracle Integration cloud (OIC), VBCS, BIP reports, Oracle Apex, FBDI, HDLI, OTBI etc.
Should have worked on integration with PAAS and worked on both inbound (FBDI, HDL) and outbound interfaces.
Experienced in Oracle Rest API and third party provided REST APIs with Middleware as OIC.
