Role & responsibilities Oracle Fusion Supply Chain Planning(SNOP) Having exp of 8+ years in Oracle Fusion Supply Chain Management . • Implement and configure Oracle Fusion SOP solutions to support business needs. • Collaborate with stakeholders to define and optimize planning processes, integrating demand and supply planning. • Analyze historical data and trends to improve forecasting accuracy and scenario modeling. • Work closely with supply chain, finance, and sales teams to align operational plans with business objectives. • Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytics within Oracle Cloud S OP. • Provide end-user training and documentation to ensure effective system utilization. • Troubleshoot and resolve system issues related to planning and forecasting. • Stay updated on Oracle Fusion updates, best practices, and new features. • Assist in data migration, integration with other Oracle Cloud modules, and performance optimization. Business Requirement Gathering and Analysis: Gather and analyse business requirements, translating them into comprehensive Oracle Supply Planning/Demand Management solutions. Provide expert guidance to align Oracle Supply Chain Planning functionalities with client goals. Solution Design: Develop robust, scalable, and tailored Oracle Supply Chain Planning solutions. Design end-to-end Supply Planning/Demand Management processes. Configuration and Implementation: Lead the configuration and implementation of Oracle Supply Chain Planning/Demand Management modules, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and customizations to meet specific client needs. Testing and Quality Assurance: Plan and execute comprehensive testing strategies, including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing. Ensure the solution meets all functional and performance requirements. Training and Documentation: Provide training to client teams on Oracle Supply Chain Planning functionalities and best practices. Create user-friendly documentation for clients to reference. Support and Maintenance: Offer ongoing support and maintenance for Oracle Supply Chain Planning implementations. Address and resolve issues, perform regular system health checks, and implement upgrades when necessary. Continue Improvement and Support: Collaborate closely with clients to understand their Supply Chain Planning business needs and objectives. Conduct thorough assessments to identify opportunities for process improvement. Troubleshooting: Function as a subject matter expert in troubleshooting complex Supply Chain Planning issues and challenges. Identify root causes and implement effective solutions promptly. Best Practices: Stay up to date with Oracle Supply Chain Planning best practices, industry trends, and updates. Recommend and implement improvements to maximize efficiency and productivity.
