Title: Oracle SCM Fusion Functional Consulatnt

Location: Remote

Duration: FTE

Lead end-to-end implementation and support of Oracle Fusion SCM modules.
Gather business requirements and translate them into effective functional designs and configurations.
Configure and support key modules such as:

Procurement (PO, iProcurement, iSupplier Portal)
Inventory (INV)
Order Management (OM)
Self Service Procurement (SSP)
Product Information Management (PIM)
Sourcing / Supplier Qualification

Collaborate with business stakeholders to streamline procurement and supply chain processes.
Perform system testing, UAT, and user training, ensuring smooth deployment and adoption.
Support data migration, integrations (OIC), and reporting requirements.
Coordinate with technical teams for customization, issue resolution, and enhancements.
Prepare and maintain functional design documents, configuration guides, and user manuals.

Required Skills & Experience

1215 years of total experience, with at least 5+ years in Oracle Fusion SCM Cloud.
Strong functional knowledge in one or more modules: Procurement, Inventory, Order Management, or Sourcing.
Proven experience in multiple full-cycle Oracle Fusion SCM implementations.
Good understanding of Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Order-to-Cash (O2C) business processes.
Hands-on experience with data migration, integrations, and OTBI/BI Publisher reporting.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and global stakeholders.
