Title: .Net Fullstack Developer

Location: Chennai (Remote)

Duration: FTE

We are seeking an experienced .NET fullstack Developer with strong hands-on expertise in React.js, .NET Core, MVC, Angular, Node.js, and Next.js. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of designing and delivering high-quality, scalable, and secure enterprise solutions. Exceptional communication and leadership skills are essential, as this role involves close collaboration with clients, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams. The candidate should also have solid experience in defining, documenting, and enforcing Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to ensure project delivery meets agreed performance and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, architect, and oversee the development of enterprise-grade applications using .NET Core, MVC, and modern front-end frameworks.
• Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, and development teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams, ensuring adherence to coding best practices and architectural standards.
• Develop high-performance, scalable, and secure applications using React.js, Angular, Node.js, and Next.js.
• Draft, review, and maintain Service Level Agreements (SLAs), ensuring project milestones, performance metrics, and deliverables are clearly defined and met.
• Conduct code reviews, troubleshoot complex technical issues, and implement best practices in application development.
• Ensure system integration, performance optimization, and application security.
• Prepare technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and project roadmaps.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in software development with at least 3+ years in a solution architect or technical lead role.
• Strong hands-on expertise in .NET Core, MVC, C#, React.js, Angular, Node.js, and Next.js.
• Proficiency in database design and development using SQL Server or other RDBMS.
• Solid understanding of microservices architecture, RESTful APIs, and cloud platforms (Azure or AWS preferred).
• Proven experience in writing, managing, and enforcing SLAs in enterprise projects.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Experience in performance tuning and optimization of enterprise applications.
