  • Key Responsibilities:

  • Support Oracle EBS R12 and Fusion Financials
  • Handle incidents, change requests, and enhancements
  • Work with P2P, O2C, and GL modules
  • Collaborate with users and technical teams
  • Use ITIL practices and ITSM tools
  • Run SQL queries for analysis and issue resolution

  • Required Skills:

  • 5+ years total experience; 4+ years relevant
  • Hands-on with Oracle EBS (min 2 modules) & Fusion Cloud
  • SQL proficiency and ERP process knowledge
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
