Job Title: Oracle HCM Redwood Implementation Specialist (Contract) Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM professional to lead the implementation of Oracle's Redwood design in our Human Capital Management (HCM) platform. The candidate will collaborate with HR, IT, and other business units to enhance the user experience and maximize the benefits of Oracle's modern, intuitive, and user-centric Redwood platform. The candidate will be responsible for creating a seamless, visually appealing, and intuitive interface while ensuring alignment with organizational goals and Oracle's Redwood standards. Key Responsibilities: 1. Implementation and Configuration: Lead the implementation of Oracle HCM Redwood design modules (Core HR, Benefits, Compensation, Absence, Helpdesk). Configure user interfaces and workflows in alignment with Redwood standards. Customize UI elements to meet specific business requirements while adhering to Redwood design principles. Collaborate with Oracle's Redwood framework to ensure seamless integration and compliance. 2. User Experience Enhancement: Work with HR and IT teams to analyze current processes and identify areas for UI improvements. Design a consistent and engaging user experience leveraging Redwood's modern UI elements. Optimize workflows and navigation for intuitive and mobile-responsive usability. 3. Collaboration and Stakeholder Management: Partner with HR, IT, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and provide Redwood solutions. Provide regular updates and presentations to stakeholders on implementation progress and outcomes. 4. Testing & Troubleshooting: Conduct UI testing to ensure responsiveness, functionality, and compliance with business requirements. Identify and resolve UI-related bugs and issues post-deployment. 5. Training & Documentation: Develop comprehensive training materials for end-users and administrators. Provide training sessions and user guides to ensure smooth adoption of the new Redwood UI. 6. Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on Oracle Redwood innovations and recommend future enhancements. Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve overall system performance. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Information Systems, Human Resources, or a related field. 5+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Cloud, including at least 2 years working on Redwood design. Proven expertise in one or more Oracle HCM modules (Core HR, Benefits, Compensation, etc.). Experience with Oracle Fusion HCM workflows, security, and integrations. Strong understanding of Redwood design principles and UX best practices. Experience with tools like Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and BI Publisher. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills. Key Skills & Competencies: Technical Expertise: Proficient in Oracle HCM Cloud with strong experience in Redwood UI configuration. UX/UI Knowledge: Understanding of user interface design principles and responsive web design. Communication: Excellent ability to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills for diagnosing UI issues and providing solutions.
