Lead the transformation of retail & corporate banking operations under Shariahcompliant models using Oracle Flexcube 14.5. Youll bridge business, compliance, and technology to deliver customer journeys and financing/deposit products aligned with Islamic principles.
Key Responsibilities
Configure, parameterize, and optimize both Retail and Corporate modules in FCUBS (e.g. Wadiah, Mudarabah, Murabaha, Ijara, Sukuk)
Translate business requirements into functional & technical specs; perform gap analysis and propose remediation
Design integration touchpoints: onboarding (Atumverse), digital channels (OBDX), Treasury (e.g. Murex), reporting (OFSAA), etc.
Lead SIT / UAT cycles: test scenario design, defect triage, root cause analysis, stakeholder signoffs
Ensure compliance with AAOIFI, local Shariah rules, AML/KYC, FATCA/CRS, and regional regulations
Document functional flows, configuration guides, user manuals, and provide training & postgolive support
Required Experience & Skills
10 + years overall experience in banking technology 5 years working with Oracle Flexcube (retail + corporate modules, ideally v14.x)
Deep domain expertise in Islamic finance products (Murabaha, Ijara, Istisna, Mudarabah, Wadiah, Sukuk)
Strong skills in parameterization, FCUBS workflows, event lifecycles, configuration vs customization
Experience integrating core banking with digital channels and middleware (JSON/XML, APIs)
Familiarity with compliance, regulatory, and governance frameworks (Shariah, AML/KYC, FATCA/CRS)
Excellent stakeholder engagement, documentation, training, and communication capabilities
Preferable / Bonus Skills
Experience deploying Islamic banking systems across GCC, Southeast Asia or other Shariah markets
Exposure to cutover/migration, legacy data conversion, multientity deployment
Mentorship or leadership experience in functional / technofunctional teams
