Oracle Finance Consultant

As an Oracle Finance Consultant at the company, your role is to provide business application implementation, support, and improvement in the Finance areas using Oracle Fusion ERP application and technology platform. Your responsibilities include: - Developing the application implementation project plan and leading the implementation of Oracle Fusion ERP application for Oracle Finance area. - Performing technical and functional expertise to gather requirements, build, test, train, and deploy the solution to meet business requirements. - Providing on-going post-production support in functional and technical areas to resolve application bugs and issues. - Proactively seeking continuous improvement in Oracle functional application capabilities and technical performance. - Performing functional and technical requirement gathering, design specification, development, configuration, testing, training, and migration for new implementations and process enhancements. - Ensuring application change management process compliance with Group IT policy and information confidentiality. Desired Skills and Experience: - Educated to a Bachelors degree or higher in Computer Science or a related field. - Oracle E-Business Suite experience is a plus. - Minimum of 5 end-to-end implementations with Oracle Finance. - In-depth knowledge of financial and operational business practices. - Experience in implementing and supporting long-term/complex projects on Oracle Finance. - Exceptional analytical, logical, and problem-solving skills. - Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills. - Familiarity with working in an integrated and multi-cultural environment. - Strong analytical, organizational skills, and ability to work under pressure.
