Overview:
We’re seeking an experienced Oracle/ERP Recruiter to help identify, engage, and onboard top Oracle Fusion, EBS, and ERP consultants for our clients. The ideal candidate has strong sourcing skills, understands ERP project lifecycles, and can manage full-cycle recruiting for both contract and full-time roles.

Responsibilities:

• Source, screen, and qualify candidates across Oracle modules (Finance, SCM, HCM, PPM, OTM, etc.).
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for ongoing client requirements.
• Coordinate interviews, feedback, and offer negotiations.
• Collaborate with client account managers and delivery teams to meet hiring SLAs.

Requirements:

• 3–6 years of IT recruiting experience with focus on Oracle / ERP roles.
• Proficiency in sourcing via LinkedIn, Dice, and Ceipal/ATS systems.
• Strong communication and relationship management skills.
• Strong Oracle Network or Database of talent.
• Experience supporting US clients. Oracle Shops, Oracle Vendors

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹49,747.41 per month
