We are looking for a highly skilled Domestic Recruiter with strong expertise in LinkedIn hiring and remote recruitment. The ideal candidate will be excellent at building talent funnels and pipelines, especially for US shift recruiters, and will also support internal hiring needs. This role requires exceptional communication skills and the ability to build strong professional connections on LinkedIn.

Key Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and hire candidates for remote roles, primarily US shift recruiters
• Build and maintain strong talent funnels and pipelines
• Handle internal hiring requirements
• Leverage LinkedIn sourcing and networking strategies
• Build and nurture professional relationships with candidates
• Conduct initial screening and coordinate interviews

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Domestic Recruiter
• Extremely strong LinkedIn hiring and sourcing skills
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Experience in building talent pipelines
• Ability to work independently and meet hiring targets

Technical Requirements

• Must have own laptop
• Must have stable high-speed Wi-Fi
• Comfortable working in US shifts
