As a Senior Oracle ERP Consultant, you will be expected to be a reflective consultant and hands-on leader with a deep understanding of ERP and a passion for exploring the integration of AI. Your role will involve project delivery, client relationship management, and the exploration of how agentic AI can enhance delivery efficiency. Key Responsibilities: - Own the delivery of Oracle ERP projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, scope, profitability, and stakeholder alignment. - Implement Calfus methodology and incorporate AI/automation where applicable. - Conduct regular project health checks, financial reporting, and client satisfaction evaluations. - Introduce innovative, technology-driven ideas to address real-world ERP challenges. - Monitor profitability, quality, and client satisfaction levels across the engagement portfolio. - Participate in Steering Committees, deliver C-level presentations, and conduct project reviews. - Serve as the primary contact for assigned accounts, fostering trust, driving strategy, and expanding engagement. - Identify opportunities for growth within existing accounts and convert them into revenue-generating projects. - Collaborate with the broader Calfus ecosystem to develop and validate solutions, define engagement scopes, and present cost estimates. - Lead executive presentations, showcase Calfus capabilities, and communicate value to stakeholders. - Contribute to the development of AI experimentation frameworks and pilot GenAI tools in delivery scenarios. - Share successes and failures from AI experiments to facilitate learning. - Propose reusable agentic workflows for future scalable delivery. - Build, mentor, and motivate diverse project teams, offering hands-on guidance and fostering accountability. - Support team members" career growth by providing constructive feedback and identifying development opportunities. - Assist in talent acquisition to attract the right individuals to Calfus. Qualifications Required: - Hands-on experience with Oracle ERP (Oracle Cloud preferred), including involvement in at least 2 full-cycle implementations in a lead capacity, demonstrating client and team management skills. - Profound functional expertise in Finance, Supply Chain, or Manufacturing domains. - Excellent client-facing abilities and a track record of independently leading discussions with executive stakeholders. - Familiarity with offshore/onshore models and overseeing global delivery teams. - Possesses a problem-solving attitude and a willingness to tackle new challenges in account growth and pursuit closure.
