Oracle ERP Practice Consultant

As a Senior Oracle ERP Consultant at Calfus in Dallas, Texas, you will play a crucial role in re-wiring ERP delivery using agentic AI. Your responsibilities will include owning the delivery of Oracle ERP projects, ensuring timelines, scope, profitability, and stakeholder alignment. You will apply Calfus methodology and infuse AI/automation where relevant, conduct project health checks, financial reporting, and client satisfaction reviews. Additionally, you will bring creative, tech-forward ideas to solve real-world ERP challenges, track profitability and quality across engagements, and participate in Steering Committees and C-level presentations. Furthermore, you will serve as the go-to person for assigned accounts, driving strategy, and expanding engagement footprint. You will identify opportunities for revenue growth within existing accounts, collaborate with the Calfus ecosystem to develop solutions, and lead executive presentations to showcase Calfus capabilities and communicate value to stakeholders. In terms of innovation and thought leadership, you will co-define AI experimentation frameworks, pilot GenAI tools in delivery use cases, share insights from AI experiments, and propose agentic workflows for future scalable delivery. Team development is also a key aspect of your role, where you will build and mentor diverse project teams, provide guidance and accountability, offer career growth opportunities, and support talent acquisition to bring the right talent to Calfus. To be successful in this role, you must have hands-on Oracle ERP experience (preferably Oracle Cloud) with at least 2 full-cycle implementations in a lead role, showcasing client and people management skills. Deep functional understanding in domains like Finance, Supply Chain, or Manufacturing is essential, along with strong client-facing skills, experience with offshore/onshore models, and a proactive attitude towards account growth and pursuits. Bonus points for Oracle Cloud certifications and pre-sales experience.
