Oracle Epm Consultant

Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and support the design, implementation, and configuration of Oracle EPM solutions (EPM Cloud, Hyperion Planning, FCCS, ARCS, EPBCS, PCMCS, EDMCS).
  
• Collaborate with business users to gather requirements, analyze needs, and translate them into technical/functional specifications.
  
• Develop and maintain EPM models for budgeting, planning, forecasting, and consolidation.
  
• Build and maintain calculation scripts, business rules, dashboards, and reports.
  
• Ensure smooth integration of EPM with ERP (Oracle Fusion, SAP, etc.) and other enterprise systems.
  
• Provide user training, documentation, and support during UAT and post go-live phases.
  
• Troubleshoot system issues, perform root cause analysis, and propose process/system improvements.
  
• Stay updated with Oracle EPM product enhancements and recommend best practices.
  

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelors or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field.
  

• 4–8 years of hands-on experience

  with Oracle EPM Cloud and/or Oracle Hyperion applications.
• Strong expertise in modules such as:
  
• Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service (PBCS/EPBCS)
  
• Financial Consolidation and Close Cloud Service (FCCS)
  
• Account Reconciliation Cloud Service (ARCS)
  
• Enterprise Data Management (EDMCS)
  
• Profitability and Cost Management (PCMCS)
  
• Proficiency in Smart View, Essbase, Calculation Manager, Data Management (FDMEE), and EPM Automate.
  
• Strong understanding of financial processes (budgeting, forecasting, consolidation, reporting).
  
• Knowledge of data integration, ETL tools, and reporting solutions.
  
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
  
• Oracle EPM/Hyperion certifications preferred.
