Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Provide technical consulting services to clients on Oracle HRMS (Core HR) modules such as Global HR, Absence Management, Time & Labor, Benefits, Compensation, Recruitment, Performance Management, Learning, and Talent Suite.
Develop functional specifications for new projects or enhancements based on client needs.
Conduct gap analysis to identify areas of improvement in existing systems and processes.
Implement Oracle HRMS solutions using Agile methodology.

Desired Candidate Profile

2-13 years of experience in Oracle EBS HRMS Technical Consulting role.
Strong understanding of Oracle HRMS modules including Core HR, Absence Management, Time & Labor, Benefits, Compensation, Recruitment, Performance Management, Learning, and Talent Suite.
Experience working with Agilent tools is an added advantage.

Location - Pune/Mumbai/Noida/Bangalore/Hyderabad/Chennai
