Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze, design, develop, test, and implement business solutions in Oracle E-Business Suite HRMS (R12).
  
• Develop and support Payroll and Core HR integrations, data conversions, customizations, extensions, and personalizations.
  
• Build and maintain PL/SQL packages, procedures, functions, and database objects.
  
• Develop and enhance XML/BI Publisher and RDF reports, and build interfaces into the HRMS system.
  
• Work on Payroll processing, prepayment, costing, and transfer to GL.
  
• Support modules including Core HR, Payroll, PMS, OLM, SSHR, OTL, Absence Management, and Talent Management.
  
• Collaborate with functional teams to ensure successful implementation and support of HRMS solutions.
  

Required Skills & Experience

• 810 years of professional experience as a Technical Consultant in Oracle E-Business Suite HRMS.
  
• Strong programming expertise in SQL and PL/SQL.
  
• In-depth knowledge of Oracle HRMS modules, including Payroll integration, Core HR, and OTL.
  
• Hands-on experience with Fast Formulas, Oracle Workflow, XML/BI Publisher, RDF Reports, and interface development.
  
• Strong understanding of Payroll Processing, including costing and transfer to GL.
