Oracle EBS Consultants - Functional / Technical

As an experienced Oracle EBS Finance Consultant at Excelencia in Chennai, you will be responsible for configuring and customizing Oracle EBS Finance modules to meet business requirements. You will analyze gaps and propose solutions based on Oracle best practices, develop functional specifications for RICE components, support month-end and year-end closing processes, collaborate with technical teams, conduct user acceptance testing, and coordinate with Oracle Support to resolve issues. Key Responsibilities: - Configure and customize Oracle EBS Finance modules - Perform gap analysis and propose solutions - Develop functional specifications for RICE components - Support month-end and year-end closing processes - Collaborate with technical teams - Conduct user acceptance testing - Coordinate with Oracle Support For Technical Consultants: - Design, develop, and maintain custom components and extensions - Support integrations and data conversions - Collaborate with functional consultants - Work on performance tuning, data migration, and troubleshooting - Ensure compliance with development standards and project timelines Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, or related discipline - Minimum 8 years of hands-on experience in Oracle EBS Financials - Strong understanding of core Oracle Finance modules - Proven experience in full life cycle Oracle EBS implementations and/or upgrades - Knowledge of financial accounting principles - Experience in writing functional/technical design documents and test cases - Proficiency in Oracle development tools for Technical roles In addition, exposure to Oracle Fusion Cloud, experience with Agile methodologies, and prior experience working with global clients or in an onshore-offshore model are preferred qualifications.,
