Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead with 4 to 8 years of experience in Oracle and Oracle Database Administration. The ideal candidate will oversee database management ensure optimal performance and provide technical guidance to the team. This hybrid role requires rotational shifts and offers an opportunity to make a significant impact on our companys success. Responsibilities Lead the database management team to ensure optimal performance and reliability. Oversee the installation configuration and maintenance of Oracle databases. Provide technical guidance and support to team members on Oracle Database Administration. Monitor database performance and implement improvements as needed. Develop and maintain database backup and recovery procedures. Ensure data security and compliance with company policies and regulations. Collaborate with other teams to integrate database solutions with applications. Troubleshoot and resolve database issues in a timely manner. Create and maintain documentation for database configurations and procedures. Conduct regular database audits to ensure data integrity and accuracy. Implement and manage database replication and clustering. Stay updated with the latest Oracle technologies and best practices. Participate in rotational shifts to provide 24/7 database support. Qualifications Possess a strong background in Oracle and Oracle Database Administration. Demonstrate excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Have experience with database backup and recovery procedures. Show proficiency in database performance tuning and optimization. Exhibit knowledge of data security and compliance standards. Have the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Display strong communication and documentation skills. Be adaptable to rotational shifts and hybrid work model. Stay current with emerging Oracle technologies and industry trends.
