Oracle Database Administrator

You should have a minimum of 3+ years of experience as an Oracle database engineer/DBA with a very thorough and clear understanding of Oracle Database Architecture. Your skills should include good monitoring abilities with exposure to areas such as RAC, ASM, Data Guard, and RMAN. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential for this role. You should be able to work well under pressure, think quickly, and remain calm during stressful situations. Being willing to work in shifts and on weekends is necessary. You should also possess the ability to quickly grasp complex technical issues and have an appetite for learning new technologies to constantly improve your technical skills.
