Oracle Database Administrator

• Performing both Oracle and also operating system performance Monitoring and the necessary adjustments.
• Be able to provide a strategic database direction for the organization.
• Key requirements:
• 2 to 4 of experience with ORACLE database administration.
• Knowledge in Oracle 11g/12c.
• Knowledge on Data guard.
• Knowledge on RMAN backup and recovery.
• Knowledge on RAC, installation, configuration, administration of ASM is an added advantage.
• Strong knowledge of RDBMS, oracle db architecture, memory structure.
• Strong experience in Backup and restore.
• UNIX and shell scripting skills is an added advantage.
• Ability to prioritize, multitask and work with onshore and offshore teams Skills Desired.
• Performance tuning/troubleshooting complex queries and server performance issues.
• Proactively monitor the database and implement solution to reduce the incidents/issues.
• 24/7 production support.
• Knowledge on SQL Queries is an added advantage.
• Knowledge on SQL Server installation, Database backups and recovery is added an advantage.
• Strong Data guard knowledge and troubleshooting skills.
• Supporting the day to day development activities by working with the application development team on database issues.
• Good communication skills, strong Teamwork and organization skills.

Qualification:

B Tech, M Tech, MCA, MSC(computers background)and should be passed out in 2020 or before 2020
