Oracle CPQ

As a CPQ Lead, you will have the responsibility to: - Own and be accountable for project tasks as assigned by project leadership. - Gather requirements within Revenue Generation processes including industry-specific functions and approaches. - Execute CPQ Cloud product admin functions and modules for implementation build purposes, across the full product, including configuration, commerce, and output. - Execute effective processes including project methodologies, programming standards, and meeting preparation. - Perform Quality Assurance at the unit and system levels. - Provide good technical and business advice to the customer regarding the final solution and its successful adoption. - Follow the project through to the successful adoption of the solution. - Form and test hypotheses based on a methodical examination of detailed evidence. - Design and implement robust systems and processes, running an efficient and organized operation. - Undertake complex analysis and trace performance implications through complex data or in dealing with complex situations. - Formulate a broader perspective of an issue by recognizing the interrelationships and interaction between elements. - Arrive at coherent conclusions through a consistent application of reason and rigorous analysis. - Deliver to clear outcome-based targets and measures. - Work with a strong sense of urgency towards getting the job done. - Contribute to pre-sales and building innovative solutions. Qualifications required for this role: - 8 - 20 years of experience with project life cycle methodology. - At least 3 years of experience with Scrum-Agile delivery within a client contracted services environment. - Strong technical skills in CPQ Product Configuration, BML Scripting, and BMQL. - Experience and familiarity with web technologies including HTML, CSS, Javascript, XML, and XSL. - Maintain best supporting practices around CPQ solution including product configuration, proposal development, and related elements. - Experience with eCommerce and CRM solutions is a plus. - Strong analytical and conceptual skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. - Own the design and delivery of Oracle CPQ Cloud solutions that focus on user experience, extensibility, and performance while meeting the customer's business objectives. - Gather, analyze, internalize, and advocate for the customer requirements around their selling processes. - Effectively design and implement solutions in the CPQ Cloud (Big Machines) platform and related web technologies to meet these customer requirements. - Perform quality assurance and testing activities. - Prepare documentation detailing delivered solutions throughout the engagement.,
