Oracle Core - Team Lead

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Core Team Lead to be a part of our team. The ideal candidate should have a solid background in Oracle database technologies and a proven track record of leading database projects and teams. As an Oracle Core Team Lead, your responsibilities will include leading the Oracle database team in designing, implementing, and maintaining Oracle databases. You will be responsible for ensuring database performance, availability, and security standards are met. Additionally, you will be required to develop, implement, and enforce database policies, procedures, and best practices while collaborating with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Monitoring database performance, troubleshooting issues proactively, managing database backup and recovery processes, and providing leadership and mentoring to team members are also key aspects of the role. You will be expected to stay updated on the latest Oracle technologies and industry trends, participate in capacity planning and database optimization efforts, and prepare reports and presentations for management on database operations and project statuses. To qualify for this position, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, with 10 to 14 years of experience in Oracle database management, including leadership experience. In-depth knowledge of Oracle database architecture, performance tuning, and security practices is essential. Experience with cloud-based Oracle solutions is considered a plus. Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and team collaboration skills are required. Oracle certifications such as OCP or OCM are highly desirable.
