You are a highly experienced Scrum Release Train Engineer (RTE) with 5-8 years of experience, seeking to lead and coordinate projects involving Data and AI within a SAFe Agile framework. Your role involves overseeing the Agile Release Train (ART), facilitating Program Increment (PI) planning, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality data solutions aligned with business objectives. Your responsibilities include guiding the Agile Release Train for data and AI projects, facilitating PI planning sessions, overseeing the execution of PI plans, and maintaining the program backlog. You will promote and implement SAFe Agile practices within the ART, provide coaching to enhance Agile capabilities, and foster a culture of continuous improvement. As the primary point of contact for communication between teams and stakeholders, you will provide regular updates on progress and performance, generate and present reports on ART performance, and identify and address impediments, risks, and dependencies that may impact project delivery. Your technical coordination responsibilities involve understanding the technical aspects of data and AI projects, coordinating integration efforts, and overseeing resource allocation and capacity planning. You should have familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, cloud database platforms, data integration tools, and Agile software such as Jira and Rally. Preferred certifications include SAFe Release Train Engineer (RTE) certification and relevant Agile certifications. Your role as a Scrum Manager involves leading Data and AI projects, driving Agile practices, facilitating Agile ceremonies, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring alignment with strategic objectives. Minimum 5 years of experience in Agile roles such as Scrum Master or Agile Coach, proven track record in managing and delivering complex data-based projects, and expertise in Agile methodologies are required. You will drive continuous improvement initiatives, work closely with stakeholders, identify and mitigate risks and dependencies, coordinate resource allocation, and provide insights on data and AI technologies. Acting as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring comprehensive documentation of Agile processes, fostering collaboration between team members, mentoring and coaching on Agile practices and technical domains, and facilitating training opportunities are also part of your responsibilities.
