To be considered for this position, you must have a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Technology, with 3-6 years of experience preferred. Oral and written proficiency in English is necessary, and a Master's Degree, Oracle Cloud PaaS Certifications, and experience in Agile-Hybrid delivery methodology are preferred qualifications that set you apart. Additionally, strengths in people management, mentoring skills, knowledge of Oracle Finance and SCM applications, experience in end-to-end implementation in Oracle cloud, exceptional communication skills, and proficiency in SQL, Pl/SQL, and emerging technologies are highly valued.
