As a Project Manager at NexInfo, you will be responsible for ensuring timely and successful project delivery by driving collaborative planning processes and maintaining strong communication with stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: - Lead project teams and manage project activities both offshore and onshore. - Ensure on-time product delivery through effective planning, monitoring, and execution. - Provide timely status updates to stakeholders and escalate risks or deviations as needed. - Collaborate with business functions to prioritize requests and coordinate with development teams. - Work closely with technology and business leaders to facilitate development and delivery coordination. - Utilize logical reasoning and analytical skills for data-driven decision-making. Qualifications Required: - Minimum of 5+ years of ERP Project Manager experience. - Solid technical background in project planning, effort estimations, team management, change management, risk assessment, and customer/vendor management. - Expertise in bug tracking tools and data-driven decision-making. - Bachelors/Masters degree in Computer Science Engineering or equivalent. - Certifications in PMP, Prince2, or CSM are required.
