Key Responsibilities:
Monitor OCI services and infrastructure using dashboards and alerts.
Perform initial triage of incidents and service requests.
Escalate unresolved issues to L2/L3 support teams.
Assist in user access management and basic configuration tasks.
Document incidents, resolutions, and standard operating procedures.
Provide support for routine backups and patching activities.
Maintain compliance with security and operational policies.
Required Skills:
Basic understanding of cloud computing concepts.
Familiarity with OCI cloud platform and related services
Good communication and documentation skills.
Ability to follow SOPs and work in a ticketing system (e.g., ServiceNow).
Willingness to work in shifts and on-call rotations.
