The Oracle Cloud HCM System Administrator is responsible for the configuration, administration, security, and ongoing support of the Oracle Cloud Human Capital Management (HCM) system. This role ensures smooth system operations, data integrity, compliance, and optimal end-user experience while working closely with HR, IT, and business stakeholders.
Must have completed at least two end-to-end Oracle HCM implementations, owning and delivering one or more of these modules: Core HR, Absence, or OTL.
Key Responsibilities:
System Administration & Configuration

Manage and maintain Oracle Cloud HCM modules (Core HR, Payroll, Absence, Talent, Recruiting, Learning, Compensation, etc.).

Configure system settings, Integrations, workflows, security roles, approvals, and business rules based on organizational needs.

Perform quarterly release testing, regression testing, and validation of new features.
Security & Access Management
-
Administer user accounts, roles, and permissions.
-
Implement and enforce role-based access control in alignment with compliance policies.

Monitor system security and audit logs.
Support & Troubleshooting
-
Serve as primary point of contact for Oracle HCM system-related issues.

Troubleshoot and resolve system errors, data discrepancies, and integration failures.

Coordinate with Oracle Support (SRs) for escalated issues.
Data Management & Reporting

Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and compliance with HR policies.

Manage data loads (HCM Data Loader, HDL) and ensure successful migrations.

Build, maintain, and optimize OTBI and BI Publisher reports/dashboards.
Integrations & Upgrades

Support integrations between HCM and other enterprise systems (ERP, Payroll, Time & Attendance, etc.).

Validate system changes during quarterly upgrades and patch cycles.

Collaborate with IT to ensure seamless API, SFTP, and middleware connectivity.
Compliance & Best Practices

Ensure compliance with GDPR, data protection, and HR regulatory requirements.

Maintain system documentation, SOPs, and knowledge base for HR and IT teams.

Drive process improvements and recommend adoption of new features.
Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in information systems, HRIS, Computer Science, or related field.

seasoned experience administering Oracle Cloud HCM.

Strong knowledge of HCM modules (Core HR, Absence, Payroll, Recruiting, Compensation, Learning, etc.).

Experience with HCM Data Loader (HDL), OTBI, BI Publisher, and Fast Formulas.

Solid understanding of role-based security
and compliance requirements.

Familiarity with integrations (REST APIs, SOAP, middleware).

Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Must have Oracle HCM Certification.
Preferred Certifications:
HCM Consultant
must have one of the below certifications.

Exam 1Z0-1048: Oracle Time and Labor Cloud Implementation Professional
Exam 1Z0-1047: Oracle Absence Management Cloud Implementation Professional
Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) Architect or Administrator.
Oracle Fusion Cloud Implementation or Administration Specialist.
Oracle Database OCP or relevant cloud certifications.
Preferred Qualifications:
