Oracle Cloud HCM Practice Head

As an Oracle Cloud HCM Practice Head, your role will involve leading the HCM cloud initiatives encompassing Core HR, Talent Management, Benefits, Time & Labor, and Workforce Management. You will leverage your domain expertise, pre-sales skills, and solutions-oriented mindset to propel growth and innovation within the Oracle HCM space. Your responsibilities will include: - Defining and evolving the Oracle Cloud HCM practice roadmap in accordance with client requirements. - Developing solution accelerators, reusable assets, and delivery frameworks to facilitate the scalability of implementations. - Heading pre-sales activities for Oracle Cloud HCM, covering Core HR, Benefits, Performance, Recruitment, and Workforce modules. - Taking charge of responses to RFPs/RFIs, ensuring strategic alignment and establishing differentiation. - Serving as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) across Oracle HCM modules, providing guidance on solution architecture, conducting demos, and overseeing Proof of Concepts (POCs). Qualifications required for this role include: - 15+ years of experience in Oracle Cloud HCM implementations and pre-sales leadership.
