Oracle Cloud HCM Practice Head

As an Oracle Cloud HCM Practice Head, your role involves leading the HCM cloud initiatives across Core HR, Talent Management, Benefits, Time & Labor, and Workforce Management. You are expected to have domain expertise, engage in pre-sales activities, and offer solutions that drive growth and innovation in the Oracle HCM space. Your key responsibilities include: - Defining and evolving the Oracle Cloud HCM practice roadmap according to client needs. - Building solution accelerators, reusable assets, and delivery frameworks to facilitate the scaling of implementations. - Leading pre-sales engagements for Oracle Cloud HCM, covering Core HR, Benefits, Performance, Recruitment, and Workforce modules. - Owning responses to RFPs/RFIs, ensuring strategic alignment and differentiation. - Serving as a subject matter expert (SME) across Oracle HCM modules, providing guidance on solution architecture, demos, and Proof of Concepts (POCs). To excel in this role, you should possess: - 15+ years of experience in Oracle Cloud HCM implementations and pre-sales leadership, with a background that includes starting your career in Oracle development before transitioning to the practice space. - Deep techno-functional knowledge of Core HR, Benefits, Talent, Time & Labor, and Recruitment modules.,
