Job Description

The successful candidate will join our HCM team to deliver Oracle Cloud HCM solutions to our clients. They will work closely with the client to understand their Payroll processes, configure the system, and manage data migration via HDL. This is a great opportunity to be part of a fast-growing Oracle Practice.
  • Configure Oracle Cloud HCM for Payroll integration and perform functional testing.
  • Lead the data migration effort via HDL for Payroll related elements.
  • Work closely with the client and Inoapps team to deliver the project successfully.
  • Good understanding of functional side of Payroll Integrations and Data migration
  • 3+ years of experience in Oracle HCM, with a focus on Payroll module configuration.
  • Experience in end-to-end Oracle Cloud HCM implementation.
  • Knowledge of Payroll processes and best practices.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
