Oracle Cloud HCM Absence Management Consultant

As an Oracle Cloud HCM implementation consultant, you will be responsible for leading the end-to-end implementation of the Oracle Cloud HCM Absence Management module. Your role will involve collaborating closely with clients to gather requirements, perform gap analysis, design solutions, map business processes, and configure systems. You will lead the implementation of Oracle Cloud HCM Absence Management modules, gathering requirements, analyzing gaps, designing solutions, and mapping existing HR business processes. Configuration tasks will include setting up eligibility profiles, absence plans, accrual rules, and carryover policies. In addition to configuration, you will be leading and executing unit, system integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT). Providing user training and support for both rollouts and live environments will also be part of your responsibilities. Your role will require creating and maintaining comprehensive project documentation. You should have proven experience in end-to-end Oracle Cloud HCM implementations, with a focus on hands-on experience implementing the Absence Management module. Strong knowledge of Oracle HCM configurations, setups, and transactions specific to the Absence Management module is essential. Having Oracle Cloud HCM Implementation certifications (e.g., Absence Management Cloud Implementation Professional) is highly preferred for this role. Exceptional written and oral communication skills with attention to detail and the ability to explain technical concepts to varied audiences are important. Being a strong team player with an ownership mindset and escalation skills when necessary is key to success in this position.
