Role Overview: As an Oracle Cloud Developer at NTT DATA in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, you will have a crucial role in managing various applications and services related to Oracle Cloud. Your main responsibilities will involve integrations with different applications using OIC, PL/SQL packages debugging, VBCS, APEX, and providing production support for services such as incident management, service request support, and Oracle product releases and patch management. Key Responsibilities: - Coordinate with Oracle for SRs towards product bugs or enhancements. - Proactively monitor scheduled jobs, manage code promotion, and provide functional support. - Review and assess the impact of quarterly releases and patches. - Support month-end close activities, compliance, audit reporting data extracts, and SOD reports. - Provide technical support for ERP integrations. - Handle integration support using OIC and create custom reports using OTBI/BIP/APEX. - Resolve technical issues for systems, make changes in existing integrations, and modify custom screens in VBCS/APEX. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. - Strong experience in Oracle Cloud technologies such as OIC, PL/SQL, VBCS, and APEX. - Proficiency in troubleshooting and providing production support for Oracle Cloud services. - Excellent communication skills and ability to coordinate with stakeholders. - Prior experience in managing ERP integrations and custom report creation. - Knowledge of quarterly releases, patches, and compliance activities.
