Job Description

We are looking for a highly experienced Oracle & Cloud DBA Trainer with AI exposure who can deliver practical, industry-focused training on database administration, cloud databases, and AI-assisted database management techniques. The candidate should be capable of training students using real-world scenarios, automation tools, and modern DBA practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver classroom training on Oracle DBA, Cloud Databases, and AI-assisted DBA concepts
• Develop course content, hands-on labs, assignments, and real-time projects
• Train students on installation, configuration, backup, recovery, and performance tuning
• Explain AI-driven monitoring, tuning, and automation used in modern database systems
• Demonstrate cloud database management and best practices
• Mentor students and resolve technical & conceptual doubts
• Evaluate students through tests, labs, and project reviews

Technical Skills & RequirementsDatabase Administration (Core)

• Oracle Database (Mandatory):
• Architecture, User & Security Management
• RMAN Backup & Recovery
• Performance Tuning
• Data Guard & High Availability
• Other RDBMS (Good to have):
• MySQL
• PostgreSQL
• MS SQL Server
• SQL & PL/SQL:

• Query Optimization & Execution Plan Analysis

Cloud Database Technologies

• AWS: RDS, Aurora
• Azure: Azure SQL Database, Managed Instances
• Google Cloud: Cloud SQL (Basic)

AI & Automation (Mandatory / Preferred)

• Understanding of AI-assisted database administration concepts
• Experience or knowledge of:
• Oracle Autonomous Database / Oracle AIOps
• AWS AI-based monitoring tools (e.g., DevOps Guru for RDS – conceptual or hands-on)
• AI-driven performance monitoring, alerting, and anomaly detection
• Basics of automation using scripts or AI-based tools for DBA tasks
• Ability to explain how AI improves database performance, availability, and cost optimization

Monitoring & Optimization

• Database Performance Monitoring
• Indexing & Storage Optimization
• Tools: Oracle OEM, CloudWatch, Azure Monitor (or similar)

Training Experience

• Minimum 6 months – 1 year of classroom training experience (Mandatory)
• Must have handled batches of 30–40 students
• Strong communication and presentation skills

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s / Master’s in Computer Science, IT, or related field

Preferred Certifications

• Oracle Certified DBA
• AWS Certified Database – Specialty
• Microsoft Azure Database Administrator Associate
• AI / Automation Certifications (Preferred)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
