Job Description

We are seeking an experienced

Oracle Utilities Functional Consultant

with a minimum of

6 years

of hands-on experience in Oracle Utilities solutions, such as

Customer Care & Billing (CC&B)

Customer to Meter (C2M)

Meter Data Management (MDM)

, or

Customer Cloud Service (CCS)

. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in

end-to-end implementations

and a deep understanding of utility business processes across

electric

gas

, or

water utilities

As part of the team, you will engage with clients, delivery teams, and stakeholders across various geographies, gathering and clarifying detailed

user stories/requirements

to deliver functional solutions. Your expertise will be critical in designing and implementing solutions that focus on out-of-the-box solutions for utilities processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and contribute to
end-to-end implementations
of Oracle Utilities solutions, including
CC&B
,
C2M
,
MDM
, and
CCS
.
Engage with
clients
, the
delivery team
, and other stakeholders across different regions to gather and clarify detailed
user stories
and requirements.
Possess hands-on expertise in
CC&B/C2M/CCS/MDM
across multiple areas, such as
Billing
,
Rates Configurations
,
Payments
,
Credit & Collections
,
Meter Data Acquisition
,
VEE Groups/Rules
,
Usage Measurement
,
Aggregation
, and
Calculations
.
Design, implement, and deliver solutions to meet business requirements, focusing on utilizing
out-of-the-box functionality
within Oracle Utilities products.
Provide subject matter expertise and collaborate with internal teams to ensure solutions align with client business objectives.
Act as a functional lead, guiding the team through the implementation phases, ensuring timelines are met, and solutions are delivered to specification.
Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues related to Oracle Utilities products, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with Oracle

Cloud-based solutions

such as

Oracle Utilities Customer Cloud Service (CCS)

. Knowledge of Oracle

cloud integrations

and how they apply to utilities systems. Experience in working with geographically distributed teams.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 6 years of experience

in Oracle Utilities solutions, including

CC&B

C2M

MDM

, or

CCS

. Proven track record of at least

2 end-to-end implementations

CC&B/C2M/CCS/MDM

or similar utilities platforms. Strong

functional expertise

in areas such as

Billing

Rates Configurations

Payments

Credit & Collections

Meter Data Acquisition

VEE Groups/Rules

Usage Measurement

Aggregation

, and

Calculations

. Ability to engage with
