Job Description

Role Overview: You will be responsible for implementing and configuring Oracle Customer Care & Billing (CC&B) and Customer to Meter (C2M) solutions according to client requirements. Your role will involve analyzing business needs, designing custom enhancements, performing data migration, and providing support for Oracle Utilities solutions in customer billing and metering domains. Key Responsibilities: - Implement and configure Oracle CC&B/C2M solutions as per client requirements. - Analyze business requirements and convert them into functional and technical specifications. - Design, develop, test, and deploy custom enhancements using Oracle Utilities Application Framework (OUAF). - Perform data migration, interface design, and integration with external systems such as MDM, Smart Grid, and GIS. - Provide support for Oracle Utilities upgrades and patches. - Participate in solution architecture and design reviews. - Conduct system testing, performance tuning, and defect resolution. - Collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, and QA teams. - Create documentation including design specs, configuration guides, and training materials. Qualification Required: - Strong understanding of utility business processes and customer information systems (CIS). - Experience with Oracle Utilities Application Framework (OUAF). - Knowledge of Oracle Customer Care & Billing (CC&B) and Customer to Meter (C2M) modules. - Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate with various stakeholders.
