Oracle CCB & C2M consultant with Utilities Domain Exp-1

Job Title: Oracle CCB & C2M Consultant with Utilities We are seeking an experienced Oracle Utilities Consultant with specialized knowledge in Oracle Customer Care & Billing (CC&B) and Oracle Customer to Meter (C2M). The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of utility business processes, customer information systems (CIS), and hands-on experience with Oracle Utilities Application Framework (OUAF). This role will primarily focus on the implementation, upgrade, and maintenance of Oracle Utilities solutions related to customer billing and metering domains. Key Responsibilities: - Implementation and configuration of Oracle CC&B/C2M solutions according to client specifications. - Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications. - Design, develop, test, and deploy custom enhancements utilizing OUAF. - Execute data migration, interface design, and integration with external systems such as MDM, Smart Grid, and GIS. - Provide support for Oracle Utilities upgrades and patches. - Engage in solution architecture and design reviews. - Conduct system testing, performance optimization, and resolution of defects. - Collaborate effectively with business stakeholders, developers, and QA teams. - Develop comprehensive documentation including design specifications, configuration guides, and training materials. Required Skills: - Oracle CC&B and C2M expertise - Strong understanding of utility business processes - Experience with Oracle Utilities Application Framework (OUAF) - Data migration and integration skills - Ability to work on Oracle Utilities upgrades and patches - Proficiency in system testing, performance tuning, and defect resolution - Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
