Oracle Application Technical Consultant

As a Senior Consultant at Oracle's consulting practice, you will be responsible for independently delivering functional and technical solutions for Oracle Fusion HCM implementations. You will lead design workshops, build integrations, drive data migration strategies, and provide expert guidance throughout end-to-end implementations. This client-facing position requires strong consulting skills, deep product knowledge, and the ability to work across complex projects with minimal supervision. **Key Responsibilities:** - Lead and execute end-to-end Oracle Fusion HCM implementations (minimum of 3 full cycles). - Design and deliver HCM modules leveraging HDL, HCM Extracts, OTBI, BI Reports, Fast Formulas, and integration tools. - Drive data migration and conversion strategies, ensuring accuracy, quality, and alignment with business requirements. - Collaborate with client stakeholders to map business processes and configure HCM solutions accordingly. - Develop integration architectures and Proof of Concepts to support customer-specific scenarios. - Provide expert consulting guidance and troubleshoot functional/technical issues. - Work effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate clearly with customer and project teams. - Adapt to changing project requirements and contribute across different roles as needed. - Travel 50-75% based on project demands. **Qualifications & Skills:** *Mandatory* - 5+ years" experience in HCM applications, with 4+ years specifically on Oracle Fusion HCM. - Minimum 2 end-to-end Oracle Fusion HCM implementation cycles. - Strong expertise in HDL, HCM Extracts, OTBI, BI Publisher reports, Integrations, and Fast Formulas. - Solid understanding of HCM business processes and cloud implementation methodologies. - Experience with data migration and integration architecture. - Strong communication, consulting, and client engagement skills. - Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience. - Willingness to travel (50-75%). *Good-to-Have* - Exposure to customer-facing roles or consulting environments. - Ability to work independently within defined policies and processes. - Experience supporting moderately complex customer engagements. - Strong team collaboration and interpersonal skills.,
