Oracle Application Technical Consultant

Role Overview: As an Oracle Apps Technical consultant at Birlasoft, you will utilize your expertise in Oracle EBS to contribute to implementation and support projects. With 5 to 8 years of overall experience, including a minimum of 5 years in Oracle EBS R12, you will play a key role in enhancing the efficiency and productivity of businesses through your technical consulting skills. Your primary responsibilities will include working as an individual contributor, assisting project team members, understanding site-specific requirements, module configuration, testing, documentation, and training the core team. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate as an individual contributor on implementation & support projects - Assist project team members in addressing critical business requirements and incident/problem ticket resolution - Understand and address site-specific delta technical requirements - Configure modules and conduct unit & integration testing - Support system tests and integration tests by identifying business scenarios - Provide training to the core team on EBS module functionality - Support CRP & UAT execution - Interact with users and managers to resolve issues - Prepare technical design documentation - Adhere to project timelines and deliverables - Maintain standards and procedures - Assist the functional development team as needed - Develop non-linear technical solutions specific to EBS module functionality Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field - 5-8 years of overall experience with a minimum of 5 years in Oracle EBS R12 - Proficiency in PL/SQL, Forms, Reports, and OAF development - Good understanding of Oracle SCM, Financials, and Manufacturing - Experience in at least 2-3 implementation projects across all phases of the implementation life cycle - Minimum 1 project within Application Support - Strong consulting and communication skills - Ability to manage detailed training and documentation processes to build internal capability (Note: The additional details about Birlasoft as a company were not provided in the job description.),
