Oracle Application Developer

Role Overview :

We are seeking a skilled Oracle Applications Developer to design, develop, configure, and support Oracle E-Business Suite / Oracle Fusion Applications (depending on which you use). The ideal candidate will be handson with both technical and functional aspects, ensuring solutions are robust, secure, performant, and meet business requirements.

Key Responsibilities :

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical designs and solutions using Oracle Applications.
  
• Develop and customize Oracle EBS / Oracle Fusion modules (e.g. Financials, HRMS, SCM, Procurement, etc.).
  
• Write PL/SQL packages, procedures, functions, triggers.
  
• Design and build Forms & Reports, Oracle ADF, BI Publisher, OTBI, or other related tools.
  
• Integrate Oracle applications with other systems (via APIs, web services, Oracle SOA, etc.).
  
• Perform system configuration, setup, and workflows.
  
• Conduct unit testing, regression testing; identify and fix bugs, performance bottlenecks.
  
• Support deployment, patching, and upgrades of Oracle Applications.
  
• Prepare technical documentation, user guides, and support knowledge base.
  
• Collaborate with business users, functional analysts, QA, infrastructure teams.
  
• Provide ongoing maintenance and issue resolution for Oracle applications in production.

Required Skills :

• Experience with Oracle Forms & Reports, Oracle ADF, or Oracle Application Framework (if applicable).
  
• Experience in configuring and customizing modules such as Financials, HRMS, SCM, etc.
  
• Knowledge of Oracle E-Business Suite and/or Oracle Fusion Architecture.

• Understanding of database concepts, performance tuning, SQL optimization.
  
• Experience with upgrades, patches, and managing version control (e.g. using GIT).
  
• Good problemsolving skills, attention to detail, ability to work under pressure.
  
• Strong communication skillsable to interact effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
