Oracle Application Developer

As an Oracle Application Developer, your role will be to develop, enhance, and support Oracle Retail Management Systems with a strong focus on performance, security, and meeting business needs. Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, test, and maintain enterprise applications (RMS). - Translate functional specifications into technical solutions and implement features. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Agile/Waterfall environments. - Perform performance tuning, troubleshooting, and provide production support (24/7 on-call rotation). - Administer and debug batch schedules using Control-M. Qualifications Required: - 4-10 years of development experience in Oracle SQL & PL/SQL. - Knowledge of Oracle Retail, Pro*C batch troubleshooting, and system integration. - Familiarity with Windows/Linux operating systems; Jira, Confluence, and Atlassian stack. - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. - Exposure to Java/.NET is a plus.
