Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Gurugram for a Service Engineer. The Service Engineer will be responsible for troubleshooting and providing technical support, field service, and maintenance and repair of ophthalmic equipment. Daily tasks will include diagnosing problems, conducting repairs, and ensuring optimal performance of the equipment. This role also involves regular communication with clients to ensure their needs are met and maintaining high standards of customer service.

• Field Service experience
• Strong Communication skills
• Maintenance & Repair skills
• Customer service orientation and ability to work independently
• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
• Experience in the ophthalmic or medical device industry is a plus
