Key Responsibilities

  • Schedule and dispatch service calls to engineers based on priority, location, and availability, while maintaining a service calendar or ticketing system
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer queries and complaints, and provide regular updates on job status and expected resolution times
  • Maintain accurate documentation, including service reports, job sheets, customer feedback, warranty details, and AMC records
  • Coordinate with service engineers and management, tracking field staff availability, movement, and performance
  • Manage the availability and readiness of spare parts and tools required for efficient service delivery
