Job Description

Conduct comprehensive eye examinations using a variety of instruments.
Diagnose and treat visual conditions such as nearsightedness, farsightedness, and astigmatism.
Prescribe eyeglasses, contact lenses, and other visual aids as needed.
Educate patients on proper eye care techniques and answer any questions they may have.
Maintain detailed records of patient visits and treatment plans.
Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies in the field of optometry.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Optometry or a related field.
Valid license to practice optometry in Karnataka.
Strong knowledge and experience in refraction and retinoscopy.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work well independently as well as part of a team.
Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems preferred.
