We are looking for a reliable and welcoming receptionist to be the first point of contact for our patients. Responsibilities: Greet and assist patients and visitors in a courteous manner Manage phone calls, inquiries, and appointment scheduling Maintain patient records and update information accurately Coordinate with doctors and staff for smooth clinic operations Handle billing, payments, and basic administrative tasks Ensure a clean and organized reception area Requirements: Minimum qualification: [12th pass / Graduate preferred] Prior experience in reception, front office, or healthcare setup is an advantage Good communication and interpersonal skills Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, appointment software) Professional, polite, and patient-friendly attitude working hours: 3:30 to 8:30pm Monday to Saturday Job Type: Part-time Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month Expected hours: 50 per week Language: English (Preferred) Location: Malleswaram West, Bengaluru, Karnataka (Preferred) Work Location: In person
