Source and onboard experienced IT consultants (8+ / 10+ / 12+ / 15+ years)
Bring W2 candidates and manage their onboarding
Maintain a strong and updated consultant database
Source consultants across multiple technologies & multiple locations in the USA
Find candidates who are willing to relocate and available for onsite roles
Capable of sourcing rare and niche technologies
Must be willing to manage project transfers (PT) and ensure smooth transition
Work closely with candidates to successfully complete project transfers
xcellent communication skills
Strong negotiation ability
Strong sourcing capabilities (OPT, CPT, H1B, H4 EAD, GC, USC)
Ability to attract senior-level IT consultants
Hands-on experience with job portals, networking, social media & references
Ability to work fast and deliver quality profiles
